Design & Collaboration

Designs are created the week defore your scheduled appointment. This allows ideas to evolve naturally and ensures time is spent creating artwork that will truly be used.

You will be very involved in the design process, and sketches will be shared prior to tattooing to make sure we are aligned.

Appointment day

Soul Sigil Studio is an appointment-only private studio, created to offer a calm, focused environment. The studio address is shared after booking to maintain privacy.

On the day of your appointment, we’ll finalize the design together. Each session is unhurried and respectful, allowing space for connection and for the tattoo to unfold with intention and care.

Scheduling & Intention

To begin, please reach out with your tattoo idea, the story behind the piece (if there is one), placement on the body, and any reference images that may have inspired you.
This helps ensure that your vision aligns with my style and that I am the right artist for you.

Once your project is approved, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the cost of your first session. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule.

Questions

Do you take walk-ins?

No. All sessions are appointment-only to protect focus and privacy.

What do I bring to my appointment

Lunch, snack, and anything to help you feel at home.

Can I bring my own design?

Absolutely. We welcome your ideas and collaborate to make your vision meaningful.

How long does a session last?

Sessions vary but usually last between three and six hours

What about aftercare?

We provide clear aftercare instructions at your scheduled appointment.
